Ntando Ncube

Registered Manager

Ten years in care, and one conviction.

Ntando Ncube has over 10 years of experience in the care sector and is passionate about delivering person-centred care. She leads our team with a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

Ntando completed her Level 5 Registered Manager's Award, strengthening her leadership and deepening her understanding of high-quality care delivery. Driven by her passion for self-development and her desire to make a meaningful impact, she went on to pursue a master's degree in Occupational Therapy. This advanced training enriches her approach to care, blending clinical insight with compassionate, person-centred practice.

Inspired by the meaning of Doxazo, she founded Doxazo Care Ltd to create a service where every individual is treated with dignity, respect and genuine care. Under her leadership, the organisation continues to grow as a trusted provider committed to excellence, compassion, and enriching the lives of those it supports.
